As a therapist, I believe strongly that people have an inner resilience that can be uncovered and built upon as well as tapped into when needed.

Moreover, people are usually very much aware not only of the factors that hold them back in life, but also the ones that need changing in able to move forward.

Sometimes our old ways of behaving and coping just does not serve us anymore, and together we will look at how to enable a new perspective, allowing you to hopefully breathe a little easier whilst facing everyday life.

About THRINE

MY JOURNEY into this profession was fueled by a drive for understanding people’s unique life journeys and how we as humans make sense of the world we live in.

At the root of my practice is the belief that everyone deserves the opportunity to feel at ease and to live a fulfilling life, whatever that looks like to them.

This is why I have spent the last 15 years helping people improving their emotional wellbeing and overcoming personal challenges.

At times, this included providing support to vulnerable families with complex needs, counseling young people within schools, running therapy within the charitable sector for vulnerable women and supervising management and care staff within a children’s home.

I am an experienced and fully qualified BACP registered counselor and psychotherapist working from an integrative stance, drawing on elements from different psychological approaches to create a personalised approach that suits your individual need.
